Everything was fine, but they took quite a long time to arrive.
We have installed two lovely bistro style pendant lights over the island in our kitchen. They have instantly established a real period French feel to the room and the light at night adds drama and interest to an otherwise plain space. Excellent solution to add useful extra light to work with and more fun to the kitchen.
I can't review our order as the first pair of copper shades we ordered from Grace & Glory were damaged- sent out by the manufactors direct. Grace & Glory, having seen our photos of the imperfect shades, immediately arranged to have another pair to be sent to us, and then we were would to send the damaged pair back, once we confirm that the second pair were perfect! We are STILL waiting for the new replacements, despite Grace & Glory has chased the manufactors up.....!

Great product, but inadequately packaged. Just came in a thin layer of bubble wrap and brown paper. A cardboard box would have protected it better. Product arrived with the screw bag split and missing one nut (luckily I had some spares so this wasn't an issue).
I had to contact the shop direct as my online order hadn’t gone through. They were so helpful and sorted out the issue straightaway. The product arrived promptly. Excellent service!
