The quality of the products are good but you should supply nice quality round head screws when they are on show. We had to source some for ourselves as flat Phillips screws supplied reduce the “quality look” considerable.
After a helpful phone conversation with Grace and Glory Home, I was ordered a pair of moulded brass sash fasteners from a range of period fittings. They arrived by post the next day and I found the quality excellent. The new fasteners are in keeping with my newly restored Georgian sash windows.

Popped in to your show room just to see what you do. Pleasantly surprised with the range and quality of your accessories and door handles etc. very helpful with finding our door numbers suitable for being near sea as some will tarnish. Look’s lovely now.

I am very pleased with the postbox I ordered - it is exactly as described. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took several weeks to arrive after making my order - some communication explaining what was happening would have been helpful.
Incredible delay in item arriving and only advised of reason for delay when I enquired after several weeks of no contact.
Very happy. Would have given 5* if it wasn't for the delay in replenishing stock, which slightly delayed delivery.
