The door knobs are beautiful and very high quality. The call operator was knowledgable and friendly and understood that I needed the products to arrive quickly..and 2 days later they arrived and were installed and complete the door perfectly.
The product is very good. The after sales service was very poor. I had asked a question regarding fitting and was given entirely erroneous advice. When I queried the advice which was obviously incorrect, I received no further response. I eventually found guidance from the manufacturer who I will be using again for future purchases.
