Love the mirror - looks very stylish. Unfortunately there was a long delay waiting for it which meant it wasn’t up for Xmas and it would be good if the screws and plugs were in the pack as now have to go and get those. But the mirror is worth the wait.

After 3 weeks I have still not received my item nor have I had any communication ( apart from this ironically) or refund. Poor customer service

I ordered a large number of doorhandles and when they arrived they didn’t go with my scheme. I called hope and glory and they couldn’t have been more helpful and more accommodating. They arranged a direct swap and I am absolutely thrilled with the doorhandles I now have.

This is a very practical metal first aid box in attractive paint finish. It’s wall hanging and fits nicely in an accessible space for all our staff. We are a small boutique hotel so it’s useful for kitchen staff as well as general use. It’s look fits into our listed building much better than commercial offerings.
