I phoned this company as I needed questions answered that "on line" couldn't provide. Really helpful man the other end. Helped me out and then processed my order over the phone. I love "on line" but sometimes the old fashioned way is best! Product arrived as promised. Looks great. Looking forward to having it installed on the door.

We have very tired looking Victorian door but plan to revitalise it with a splash of paint. Having new door furniture will transform it though. The quality of the products are superb, heavyweight and extremely smart. Can’t wait to see the door in all its grace and glory!
