I originally went on line and received a very prompt return phone call Jordan the consultant was fantastic He had a great knowledge of the electricity market and answered all my questions He assisted me to generate two new contracts for two properties and the new rates although higher than I am currently paying were much cheaper than the retailer had offered me directly I also got the $200 contract bonus which will be very helpful
