Baxter was very knowledgeable and helpful
First person was excellent in providing details of which provider would be best, with exact figures. However I gave her the wrong solar export amount. I phoned back three times and emailed and got absolutely useless responses. Someone finally called and asked which provider I want to go with. I asked could they just re run the analysis with the correct usage figures. I have no idea but she didn’t seem to know how to do that. That’s their entire service. Useless Avoid

Advice not accurate. Advised that I will get 25% discount from the reference price plus $200 credit so I switch. But it turns out the discount is lower than my existing plan. When I called goswitch they said 25% discount includes the $200 credit.
