COULD NOT CONTACT THE PROVIDER ON LINE THEY WERE HOPELESS CONTACTED GOSWITH BY CHANCE AND MENTIONED THE PROVIDER AND THEY ARRANGED THE TRANSFER. THE ONLY FRUSTRATION WITH GO SWITCH WAS THE SEEMINGLY LONG DRAWN OUT PROCESS TO COMPLETE WENT CLOSE TO HANGING UP BECAUSE OF THAT. IF I HAVE SAVED A REASONABLE AMOUNT A SATISFACTORY BUT FRUSTRATING OUYCOME

Was very pleasant efficient and professional in the way the whole conversation was conducted, it was a very refreshing experience. I like to thank Dean for all his help and knowledge during the change over.

I received an email from my previous provider informing me that my solar energy fed into the grid was dropping by 50% because more people are installing roof top solar panels, so, I phoned GoSwitch and Rodger, an agent for the company, who was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable was able to find me a much better deal with another company. Thank-you GoSwitch and thank-you Rodger.

I made an enquiry and the very next day I received a call from a man from GoSwitch. I could understand him & he was polite and very helpful! I will save quite a few dollars and will decrease my cost of living just because I made an enquiry about my energy bill

Changing energy and health plans was all a bit overwhelming scrolling through all the different plans but honestly both Amy and Jasmine were so helpful and explained everything so clearly and easy to understand. I’m very grateful for their patience and understanding.
