The customer service person was talking to quickly and we asked him to slow down, he didn't.... we wanted to know exactly what he was talking about, but he was talking too quickly and said you don't need to worry about this part and ignored our questions

first class service from Jordan, but GoSwitch can improve: 1/ i still havent received the welcome pack 2/ GoSwitch do not setup direct debit with the supplier
