I had a terrible experience with this website. I purchased a gift card and paid for it, but never received the card via email as promised. Despite multiple attempts to contact their customer service, I received no response. This site is clearly a scam, taking money without delivering the product. I strongly advise others to avoid this website to prevent losing their money as I did.

The recipient never received their gift card and I attempted to call the company and was not given any option to speak with an agent. The order number that was given to me for my transaction "could not be found".The money has been deducted from my account and I have no way of getting my money back. The gift card was a birthday gift for a relative of mine and now I have to purchase another card from a REPUTABLE place this time and mail it myself. This place is a scam. DO NOT USE!!!

My recipient said she was not able to download the gift card and contacting giftcard.com to get this matter resolved is problematic!

I made one purchase and my balance is incorrect and the transaction don't show where the rest of my change went

I wont be using this company to purchase gift cards in the future. There is no option when calling customer service for purchasers of gift cards...only recipients. I was asked for the card number which i dont have because I'm not a receipient and could not be connected to someone. I had to chose the option that I lost a card to get someone on the phone. I was also not aware of a daily purchase limit. I continued to get that error message when checking out even though it had been over 24 hours since the last purchase. I placed 3 orders and never received a tracking number for the last order. Overall not a smooth experience. Response to 08/11/24 Update I have no records of receiving an email from the email you listed.

I ordered two gift cards each for 250.00. My discover card got charged for both. One for Carmen Brigham, was ordered on August 5. And one for Valerie Robbins was ordered on August 6. 255.95 was charged each time. Carmen received her card but Valerie never received hers. Not happy. Need either a refund or the ecard shipped shipped to Valerie

Frustrated because they don't answer your emails! Supposed to have a gift mailed to me but it hasn't arrived, anyone else have this problem.? It was a gift, just my luck.

The card cannot be put in apple pay wallet like it say you can

I had a hard time printing the gift cards but finally got them printed. I hoped the cards would just be in a pdf attachment like so many other sites I visit but no. I had to go through a number of steps to get them. Not sure if I would use your site again.

I typed wrong phone number to text ecard to and was unable to speak to anyone about it. Also, it was not made clear that this could only be spent online.
