My gift card was not delivered to my recipient, my request for support was not replied to, not event with an automated reply, and the statement that I would be contacted if my recipient did not activate their gift card within 4 days was not fulfilled. In effect my money was stolen.
12525073 Is my invoice. I originally had an old email, so called and updated. Your site claims if she didn’t claim the card in three days you’d follow up. No follow up and no card has been received. I feel like you stole $250 from me. Where is the accountability?

Convenient and easy to buy gift cards.
I was able to purchase my card with an electronic Visa gift card. This is not possible with other gift card websites. This site has some cards that are not available on other sites, so I plan to buy here often.

Valid promo code was rejected repeatedly. Giftcards.com site glitchy and didn't connect or integrate with PayPal like it was supposed to. Paying through PayPal was declined.. I finally gave up and paid in a different way losing my 10% discount just to get it over with. UPDATE : Changed my review to 5 stars because of the absolute stellar customer service! I was not only reimbursed for the 10% discount I couldn't get to work. I was given an additional $$ to boot in the form of a generous egift card. I highly recommend this site! They take the customer experience seriously! Thanks so much for turning my frustration into satisfaction!
