As an old person current technology as overtaken me, so i decided to bite the bullet and get pro help at a cost, something else that has overtaken me (read hamburger with the lot$ 6.00 ) the cost was i think a bit high but the end result justifies it reasonably well if purchased from Office Works, Geeks set me an invoice and it was double what i paid from office works, a fault that was fixed immediately on notifying them, so tread carefully.
I just had to tell Iman what we wanted and he sorted everything out: programs that were slowing the computer down, loading new ones, bring a printer online that hasn't worked in ages, sorting out needed updates, setting things up for easy access with ideas and solutions. Really pleased and relieved. Iman also identified a couple of extra things which will be good to do so we will have him back again. Excellent all around.
Rang Geeks2U to send us someone to help set up a new Canon printer/scanner we purchased from Officeworks. They sent us a young man called Brenden. He was fantastic. Did everything we needed from him and explained the procedure thoroughly to us, set up icons to make it easy for us to access the functions of the printer. Then went through the process to show us how to use it. Great job, well done. Plus, a very pleasant young man. Would 100% use Geeks2U again, especially Brenden.
Great communication. (Our visit had to be rescheduled due to wild weather on the original date) Professional, courteous service with the added benefit of it being face to face. Sick of trying to achieve things online and getting the run around, or issue not being properly addressed.

We have used Geeks2U now 3-4 times and have ALWAYS been very satisfied with the results. Your staff are always able to fix any problem we have had. They have always been very professional and extremely pleasant. We are in our late 60's, so not as proficient with our computing skills, so it is makes sense to us to call your company for any assistance we require, now and in the future.
Booking was easy and the yearly subscription deal was explained clearly. Although there was a hitch with the first appointment, when I was contacted, I couldn't fault the technician, Brendan, who helped me remotely.

Geeks offers a service to fix problems with computers and other devices for $100 annually. Cheap ! You can either ask for remote assist which is free during the year or get a home visit for half price about $70. How can you do better while staying at home?
Consistently good, reliable and professional tech support service. Tech agents always helpful, happy to answer your questions which is so helpful in understanding best way to manage and use your PC or Mac and to learn basic troubleshooting. They explain tech stuff in easy to understand language.
Danyal fixed my computer for the things that were fixable. A fine young man, very patient. The issues that I had made using the computer difficult and at my age. 95, explained why some of the problems were happening. Not everyone is computer literate!! and I am in this range. Thanks Danyal

Laptop was having very slow performance turning on loading up and using, technician knew what to look for and made the improvents and cleaned the laptop up and it runs great, it's never worked a quick as it has now. Thank-you Carl.
