Trustable Professional sympatic. All my Outlook and email problems disappeared. I'm good with computer it wasn't basic email setup! Telstra changed email delivery end send system their tecnician tried to help me but more chaos & missing outlook folders like delete folder, junk mail I tried to put back but no success! Now everything better then befor.

Geeks2U recovered the emails off our broken PC so we could load them onto the new PC - very happy with Edward's knowledge and patience!

I had a fantastic experience with Geeks2U. I had a tricky computer problem that I could not resolve myself. Nicholas came to my apartment and resolved the issue and explained each step and why he was doing each step. Very happy customer and will be calling on Geeks2U next time I have an major issue.

Anyone with an issue with their computer, I would definitely recommend Geeks2U as the service was spot on. Any question I asked James he was able to answer and also give a personal experience of the same type of issues he has had. He was quick to get to the root of the problem and let me watch him work away so I could learn something new also. Can only highly recommend Geeks2U as a truely professional group whose technicians are very knowledge and treat their clients with respect. Our home office was as tidy after the technician completed his work as it was before he started and his instructions as to how to use our new equipment was very helpful.

I was extremely satisfied with the service. I would recommend it especially for senior citizens like myself, who are not tech savvy with IT hardware. I’m setting up a home office for a new job, and had asked for a printer to be set up. The booking was made for what turned out to be the first day of a snap lockdown. They emailed and rang me to say it was cancelled, but then accepted that it was an essential service and re-booked it for that day. They were very understanding.

Very efficient, didn't take long to get a Geek around after making contact through the website.

Needed computer and phone cleaned after scam attack on bank accounts. Technician came at appointed time, was very knowledgeable about Macs, checked for viruses, deleted unnecessary apps and features and certified computer was safe to use. He also was able to advise on ways to speed up performance of old iMac.

Extremely honest, knowledgeable and professional and fairly priced.After I did a lot of research bought a top end router to solve my buffering problem. Organised to have it installed as I am an old guy but my Geek solved my buffering problem and I dont need my $350 router. Saved dollars by having an expert.
