Computer Fixed! We called Geeks2u as our computer was very slow and there were some problems with viruses and an inadequate browser. The technician, Justin, removed viruses, explained to us why our computer was slow and install the right browser. And now we have an efficient and useful computer.

Have been struggling for about 4-5 weeks to set up two screens. Two different docking stations and neither wanted to work. Nathan from Geeks 2U came out and fixed the problem and also fixed the Sonos that would not work. Great service. about ten minutes after Nathan left the screens started playing up. Geeks2U got Nathan on the phone and he fixed the issue then and there and said if any further issues he would come back and see what was wrong. Really friendly, helpful guy, highly recommend Geeks2U

I needed to back up my Microsoft outlook emails and was having troubles creating a .pst file (as there were so many emails). Geeks2U tech Carl remoted in and backuped everything for me. I couldn't be happier!

Brilliant service right from the first phone call all the way to resolution. Had a scam the day before where I got a flashing, loud warning message telling me to call Microsoft. Did so and about 5 minutes after I hung up the phone, realised it was a scam. Called my bank who told me to get the laptop looked at and wiped. My Geek, Ben, was on time and fixed my computer (backed up, wiped and re-installed) and told me what he was doing as he was doing it to make sure I understood. Friendly and super helpful.
