Long telephone wait time to get through, but quick service eventually and prompt response time. Costa the technician was right on the ball, and quickly identified solutions that we were able to implement at once, getting me straight back to work.

I had a problem with an incoming email that triggered a one drive sync issue. The consultant not only fixed the problem but explained to me in layman's terms the protection mechanism that triggered the recognition issue and the manner in which it was firstly resolved and secondly why it would not recur.

Very efficient and knowledgeable

Could not open my computer no mater what I tried. Phoned Geeks2u came out on time and found my computer had a problem with the hardrive. The chap that came out got my hardrive working and was able to open my computer and advised me to buy another drive as this one won't last long. He then went on to show me the hardrive to get and where to get it. Can't recomond them enough.
