Rang these guys because I bought a brand-new desk computer and printer. My young friend , who did this for living for three years, said it was a 30-45 min job. When booking, I said write down I want guy for one hour only. Indian guy doing a Master in Software turns up and has never done it before. Took him nearly four(4) hours and he left. Next day I rang and complained. now my work monitor was not working. Problems at work now. same guy comes with his mate. Work 3 more hours and leave saying don t complaint or the bill will be over $1000. Next day I get bill for $700 approx. Have rang again. Paying them extra $160 for connection. Indian guy never met anyone in company. He got $50 for his 6 hours. Company makes $1000 for opening card board box and 30 min of work. William I am 71 and ill.

Justin let me know he was running late but we still started within the hour. He was very patient with my issues and worked through a number of possible causes before we jointly decided on a solution he suggested (the issue was around Big Sur 11.6 and Time Machine failure to back-up). The result is working well and he also provided other instructions and advice which have proved to be very helpful.
