Being in my 60's I wasn't born with a computer in my hand so I find it really difficult if I have to add anything that's not automatic such as Word or Excel programs. I contacted Geeks2U and was given an appointment time for the following day. Michael came and he was on time. He set up everything I required without any problems. The rate was so reasonable. This was a 5 star experience for me and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to any of my friends. I'm so pleased with the service and the cost. Fantastic!!!

I used Geeks 2U for help with a problem with my computer. I was assigned Edgar who helped me 5 years ago and we remembered each other. He is incredibly warm, patient and friendly. MOST IMPORTANTLY HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. I am very computer illiterate a he explained everything very simply and clearly. I would absolutely 100% recommend this service.

These guys have always been so good. NOT THIS TIME !!! Phone took 10m+ to get hold of. (Wanted to send in some pics of my unit so Tech could have correct parts. I rang and emailed 3 or 4 more times. They kept ringing back not knowing what it was about. In the end they said that the Tech will have to come and the 4 days sending photos wasted time (they asked !!!?) Then they made an appointment. Cancelled - no reason. The made another - did not turn up. I will have to find another Geek now.

Super easy to book an appointment; mine was same-day. Courteous and knowledgeable team, both over the phone and in person. My technician took the time to asses my tech and then review different options to improve the performance of my gaming computer.
