I liked the fact information on the nature of the fault was sought at the outset, saving time for when Stuart arrived, but also getting a sense that they believed they could fix the problem - which he did. Stuart was able to fix the issue but also explain it in terms that I understood and offered recommendations on how to further improve wi-fi reception. Thanks!

Fast, Friendly, Efficient, and Effective. Our computer was not working. Geeks 2U were quick, on time for the appointment. Established our requirements and supplied and fitted a new computer that serves our needs (and more) at a reasonable price. Our TV was having problems connecting to the internet. Geeks 2u tried several methods of finding the problem and pointed us to the correct issue to inform the TV suppliers. Very helpful indeed.
Had simple issue regarding emails that we needed assistance to resolve Computer was fast enough no issue Booking easy n paid $158 upfront technician came within days ✅ $850 later n was over charged extra $158 on top took 4 weeks to get refunded after 4 phone calls He seemed to spend too long on set up of google home didn’t have time to give any advice Left and our computer still had issues accessing emails n pop ups so called geeks to arrange asap technician to return took several phone calls had to wait 4 weeks to return Still have a pop ups computer slower than it was would use local computer services going forward very expensive wasted time
