Awful company. Another 10 days have passed since promising me a replacement footstool as the last one was the wrong colour, faulty and clearly not brand new. No messages and emails have been returned their out of office us constantly on that says 19th August (??) And no one picks up the phone. I don't get any replies from WhatsApp messages anymore...well they've taken my money now! Avoid this company like the plague, they are terrible and thankfully paid via PayPal so raised a dispute.
Avoid this company, ordered a sofa with 1-3 weeks delivery from online shop, few days after I get contacted with someone from the company offering a similar but cheaper sofa for a quicker delivery. I accepted because he promised 3-5 days delivery. After a week I had to contact with them to chase up what's happening with it, on Tuesday they said someone will pick up at the weekend or latest next Tuesday then up to 3 days from then... I had to phone them again on Thursday to chase up again, so finally an email to confirm a delivery for Saturday. I paid £50 to get delivered to Room of Choice, as soon as the delivery guy managed to shut the front door, they dumped in my porch and halfway in my hall, it wasn't my room of choice. Since delivered try to write a whatsapp message and call them but just been ignored. Never again!!! Edit: Took almost 3 years to reply to their "important" customer, that shows how this company deals with complaints.
