Garbage system. I can never log in in one go using my correct log in details. Despite several (ie, every month) complaints about thus, the problem remains!

The app is very good because it shows you the prices of fuel near where you are, The cards could maybe be wireless contact and possibly being able to use them at any service stations would be great. Overall really pleased and a great company.

I requested information on our account and reasons why fuelGenie reduced our credit limit. I got a clear explanation and then it was explained how it could be increased. I sent e-mail immediately requesting an increase and got an almost immediate approval e-mail. Can not ask for better service than that.
