since day 1 we have had problems. our drivers were stuck in Birmingham after you decided to block our account for a review which cause us inconvenience. then you reduce our spending limit which is not sufficient for us

I have two fuel cards, Genie and another well known fuel card. The service and the app with FuelGenie is 100% better than the other card.Which makes them stand out above the others.

I am a fuel genie user and generally the concept as a good idea but it is quite difficult to keep track of your monthly finances and I was very disappointed after only using the service for 3 weeks to note that my card has been refused in one of the petrol stations and now wondering whether it's the best fit for me.

I contacted yourselves on 2 occasions on the same day. Both members of Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly and were able to resolve my issues. Thanks for a prompt response and excellent customer service

Superb Customer Service The customer helpline was answered quickly and efficiently and the query was dealt with in a professional and helpful manner by Gary. I subsequently needed to email the Admin Team with a request which was also dealt with swiftly and resolved the same day.
