Card has proved very useful in managing fuel consumption and with our accounting. No problems, who could ask for more.

I went to Fuelgenie primarily so I could keep an accurate record of my business mileage. Every time I fill up, the mileage is recorded by the filling station when using the card. At the end of the month I can print off a statement of all fuel purchased, how much it cost and what the mileage on the vehicle was at each pit stop. The application process was a bit cumbersome as I wasn't awarded a credit limit for some reason. However, once I got the idea across that I was happy to keep a credit balance rather than a debit one, a card was eventually delivered. Unfortunately the first card sent to me didn't work as whoever had keyed my details, in made a typo in my car registration number. Since a second card with the correct reg no was delivered, things have gone relatively smoothly and I can print off my monthly mileage statements as evidence of business mileage as and when required.

Great Way For Business to manage fuel costs and track mileage on vehicles. Fully VAT and HMRC Compliant Invoices. Great choice of payment plans by Direct Debit, weekly, 2 weekly or monthly to help cash flow and ability to make interim payments by card too. Best fuel card provider I have ever used.

We have used FuelGenie cards for our staff for some years because the nearest petrol stations to our office are Tesco & Morrisons. However, the customer admin experience has deteriorated. When we first used them they would email a monthly invoice, then they changed the system without consultation with customers and now expect us to log on to their website and download the invoice. I receive hundreds of invoices from suppliers by email every month, if every one of them expected me to do that, it would add hours to the task overall. Then to further inconvenience customers, they changed from monthly invoicing to weekly invoicing, again without consultation, which meant I had to go through this time consuming process every week rather than once a month. Granted, following a complaint from me, they reverted to issuing us a monthly invoice but it seems their priority when making decisions is their own convenience rather than their customers.

One invoice per month regardless of how many transactions. Well detailed easy to read invoices. Never had a problem in many years of using Fuelgenie. Very pleased.

i find it very easy to use and you have loads of fuel locations you can use never had a problem with fuel Gennie have told loads of contacts to try them for ease of sorting out acounts etc

I had great hopes signing up with fuelGenie, only to be messed about and ignore from the start. It took 6 weeks from being accepted to receiving a card. I kept getting told it will be there 3-5 working days. Once I received the card the budget was 70% less than what was agreed, I wasn't even able fuel the vehicle for a week. During this time i called, I was told to email, so i emailed and over the space of 3 months, i had no response other than the auto-response you get from emailing enquiries-at-fuelgenie.co.uk. I emailed in with a complaint with regards to the above issue and once again, it was ignored. I highly recommend avoiding this company. They are frustrating to deal with. The customer service is worse than bad eBay sellers.

Fast and quality service, the right fuel card! Recommended for new business! Excellent payment terms! and staff to :) Note: Be careful on Late Payment Penalties (DirectDebit). If you are update with bank details and contact details, all is fine.
