Ordering was easy and the technology was great! I work on a college campus and we go through a lot of screens. So the ease of measuring and ordering is a game changer for us.

The return policy is a joke. For how expensive these screens are, customers are getting trapped into buying something they might not like and then are stuck with. Customer service is also a joke, I've never bought something where you have 0 time to adjust the order after hitting submit. I will never recommend this product to friends and family, especially for how expensive they are. To be fair they screens do seem to "work" though. But that's the highest praise I can give. My rigid frame screens from two years ago are actually better though because they seal around the window tighter. These FlexScreens have MASSIVE gaps around the window frame, letting bigger bugs like stink bugs just crawl around.

The process of paying first and without the measurements seem a bit scary for me at first but I decided to give these screens a try. I followed the instructions and watched the videos and to my surprise these screens are PERFECT! They look very elegant, minimalist, and not bulky at all. We have casement windows so ours don't have pockets (tracks) but they have the perfect measurements and solutions for every window type. When we moved into the house, the workers told us there was no way to install window screens and I'm glad they are wrong. I will be ordering a few more for other windows. They are a bit pricy but the quality is great and the service is fast and easy.

I recently purchased a house that had no screens on the windows. I’m a pretty handy guy, but the thought of making up some ugly traditional aluminum framed screens got me thinking about Flexscreen’s. So, I ordered the number of screens needed and waited for the flextenna to measure the openings. I followed their instructions and in a few weeks I had my new screens. They came labeled (great idea) and installed easy. They look sharp, fit great too. The purchase process went smoothly start to finish. It’s simple, just follow the well tailored instructions they provide and you’ll be set.

I ordered one screen. I liked that it came two days after I submitted my measurements. I have narrow pockets on the sides, so I used the bumpers. They confused me though, because it seems they will just make a space for insects to get in. All seemed well until the next morning, when I found the screen flopping outwards. I had to go around to the outside (which is an awkward spot) and tape the screen in all around. I could have bought a much cheaper screen if I knew I'd have to do that.

Ordering screens online - I was skeptical. Skeptical about the measuring process, the material's appearance, the fit with my windows, and customer service. Well, they proved me wrong. On all counts. Their measuring instructions were clear. They provided a handy tool (for free) made the task easy. The material was exactly as described. The flex in the product makes install and removal very easy. The fit is excellent. So based on practical first person experience, yes I fully recommend.

Easy to order, quick to arrive and effortless to install! We used a measuring tape to calculate the size of the screens needed and it was the hardest part of the process. If you are not sure - wait for the tool provided by the company. Our screens arrived in couple of days, exactly the size we needed and were extremely easy to install. We choose the “waterproof” version, but didn’t have rain yet to see them in action. They are almost invisible. Overall- easy and pleasant experience.

After reviewing the flexscreen products I placed an order. They sent me a flex measurement tool. After receiving the tool, I watched the video on how to measure. Followed their instructions, and about a week later received flexscreens that fit perfectly. We do not have a screen pocked on our windows. So, I was a bit concerned if they would work. The snug, nearly perfect fit, keeps the screens tightly in place. Far better than any other screen product I have ever used.

I had no issues that required service but the website was wonderful with explaining the process.
