We were told exactly when to expect the delivery. Two polite young guys came by, had a look where the item was to be placed, prepared the area so that they could place it in the room and remove all packaging. The dining bench was very well packed, including the legs which often get damaged in transport. There was no damage and they were gone again in under 10 mins. Great service I think.

Got a 2 hour delivery window the morning of delivery, the guys arrived and quickly checked out the route to make sure the sofa would make it up. Delivered and put together super efficiently. Didn’t catch either of their names but they were fab - 5 stars easily
