Thank you SCS for looking into my delivery of my suite, left only 1 star the other day but with speaking to Lynsey my suite was delivered this morning ,hence the 5 stars.Thank you so much for your help. Delivery men were very nice, phoned to let me know their approximate time and arrived when they said they would,unpacked my suite and placed it where I asked them to put it and took away all the plastic and cardboard. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! Extremely efficient and punctual. I live in a hard to get to place in the country for most satnavs and they found me no problem. As if that wasn’t good enough the guys were really friendly and provided that all important interpersonal face to face service. They represented the company well!

We ordered a large amount of garden furniture for our new build house, which is at the end of a very narrow lane. The 2 delivery guys, Jamie & Joe, were polite, and efficient with excellent logistical skills. We were concerned about ease of delivery, as some of the furniture was for our first floor terrace, however, they brought all the furniture upstairs very carefully and managed to get it out of the patio doors, onto the terrace, with no trouble. Since our ground floor terrace isn't yet complete, they carefully placed the rest of the furniture in the garage and one of our spare rooms. Absolutely charming young men who did a great job - thanks so much!

Was advised of 2 hour time slot on morning of delivery. The guys arrived on time and were very friendly and respectful of property. Great delivery experience all round.

Delivery rubbish - they dumped the box in the hall and ran away. Had to wait another week for them to come back and finish the job - 50kg box of furniture. Claimed my wife said it’s ok - when in this world is it ok NOT to deliver the white glove service that been contracted because the guys thought it was ok to leave the box where the client said the furniture should be?? Typical service in these days - why bother with premium retailers?
