It took a month to arrive when the initial email said 3-5 days. Initial delivery offer was 3 weeks from purchase and the next offer of delivery was a whole week later with no flexibility on times and late arrival on the day.

Called early morning with 2 hour slot, arrived on time, furniture assembled and all packaging removed, perfect.
The delivery drivers were top class , sound and efficient . Built up the couch and took all rubbish away. Great service.

Excellent communication by e-mail , and then by driver on the day of delivery. Driver was on time, very helpful , great job. At no time did I feel anxious about the delivery due to top notch communication.

The team made contact via a telephone call, provided a time frame of expected collection time, arrived within that time frame. Packaged my item to protect it from damage, removal and loaded onto vehicle. Both staff members were very polite and professional throughout.
