From ordering to Delivery the process went smoothly. Furniture delivered on day agreed and got a call on the day of delivery to advise of a 2 hour time slot. The 2 delivery men put the furniture straight into the room I wanted it in and set everything up and took away all the packing. Excellent service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend M&S
Phoned Monday to arrange delivery for Wednesday. Got phone call Wednesday morning to give me a time slot. Arrived bang on time with friendly delivery people who then efficiently unloaded a full kitchen.
