The bed was delivered - a white glove delivery - 2 very nice guys and they offered to take the bed out of the boxes - and take the boxes away. What I hadn't realised until I looked again at the emails is that they should have put the bed together. Recently got a sofa delivered and I found the delivery guys very pleasant, professional and I even received a courtesy call 20 minutes before they arrived. Overall, great company to deal with.

My experience was excellent, the delivery drivers phoned and gave me a time that they could deliver my item which suited me well. We were notified of a delivery time and two friendly men came in the specified slot. Unpacked and put in place - also helped move a sofa that was in the place we wanted the new one. Unpacked and took all packaging away. Great service.

Delivery men were very polite and helpful. They kept me informed of their expected delivery time which was on time.
