Delivery of large item of furniture was seamless. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the delivery was made within the specified 2-hour window. Two man team, who were polite and friendly. They removed all packaging and took it away as well as positioning the furniture. First class service. Would definitely recommend.

From browsing the website to delivery of the bed frame I was kept up to date on delivery day and got a time window on the day of delivery which was perfect. The bed frame arrive totally undamaged. Putting the bed frame together was a breeze (if your able you use a screwdriver and Alan key) Quality of the bedframe was very decent at the price. Overall, I was very happy and would recommend.

Sadly, cannot give a good review for this Company as have issues with delivery and now they won't return my calls or emails. This complaint has been ongoing for MANY, MANY, MANY WEEKS. Have asked for the Manager/Director to get back to me - with no luck either. Would appreciate a response from the Company and hope if they see this they will reply. Have called on numerous occasions but the issue still remains. Not happy at all. UPDATE NOW ADDED TO INITIAL REVIEW POSTED BY MYSELF.... After advising the Company (via voicemail/email - as my calls were not being answered) that a review had been put on Trustpilot and using a different mobile number to call them (as calls from my mobile were not being returned even when leaving a message on answering machine)... lo and behold, a "response" from Executive Home Delivery was placed here stating the matter has been resolved - - that's not the case. Reluctantly, under pressure, we had to agree to a poultry, absolutely insulting amount of compensation (which will in no way cover in any way even half of the repair costs to the damage incurred when delivery was made.... and not going in to the attitude received). Therefore - the matter was not RESOLVED at all - but as we were being "ignored" we felt under pressure to eventually accept the poultry offer sadly (£60!). We found it coincidental that my calls were not being answered and it was only when a different mobile number was used, that the call was immediately answered. Number recognition we wondered? Would definitely NOT use the Company again. But - just to clarify - THE COMPLAINT WAS MOST DEFINITELY NOT RESOLVED TO OUR SATISFACTION.

The two delivery guys were brilliant, polite , professional and did the job with ease . Did exceptionally well getting my TV unit up the stairs with two tight turns and the unit was really heavy with the porcelain top

Our crew arrived ( First announced by telephone and qualified access ) was Jamie and Jim. Absolute diamond gents who loved our dogs and our dogs loved them . Polite , professional with a very human touch. Executive home delivery lived up to its name with these gents. Many thanks from all of us :) 😀
