I brought these pillows and they arrived yesterday. Wow how unimpressed 😒 very small, not comfortable and just not what the description and photos said these were. Very unhappy.

Awesome camera and easy to set up on the App and is a great help with keeping an eye on what is going on at home plus Ergonomist are super to deal with & price was fantastic

ordered a kneeling chair. Design is a lot like the much more expensive models available but upon use has proven highly inferior. My pelvis pain and back pain is worse than from sitting in my regular office chair. Reported this to them but due to exceeding the 30 day return period they are unwilling to take any action. I should have spent more money and gone with a certified design rather than this cheap knockoff. Avoid!

Title: Avoid This Company – Still No Product or Refund! I ordered this product nearly a month ago, expecting next-day delivery as advertised. Not only did I never receive my order, but the company has continuously delayed with excuses about stock issues. Instead of providing a straightforward refund, they keep pushing vague promises about new stock arriving “soon.” Customer service has been unhelpful, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’m still left with nothing—no product and no refund. This is completely unacceptable. If you’re considering ordering from here, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.

Ordered a led face mask that is faulty. Asked to send a video of turning it on which I did then asked me to send a video for a minute of me charging it and turning it on which I couldn't do as the file was too large for email. Then asked me to jump through more silly hoops of shrinking the file via another platform I only had the product a day they should of been a no hassle return for it. Absolutely avoid these scammers!!!

My treadmill arrived very securely packaged and it was easy to set up and start using. I am over the moon with it! It’s sturdy and feels very safe when on it. Don’t hesitate to buy especially with the Feb/Mar weather it’s perfect to get the steps in, running felt comfortable too. Note - the next day delivery refers to once the stock has arrived and not the day after placing your order.

I don’t suffer from neck pain but my posture is poor , I do Pilates twice a week trying to improve my “tech neck” I have been using this pillow for two weeks and I can already see some quite positive improvement in the angle of my neck.

Ordering was easy and delivery was quick. I am very pleased with my pillow and am wakening free of neck pain for the first time in ages.

Have only had this pillow for one week and really not had enough time testing it to be fair. Next day delivery it wasn’t but had it the following day. I have had severe Osteoarthritis for years and it spread into my neck two years ago with extremely painful results. Physiotherapy has not helped in fact it is very painful to do the neck exercises so I have been trying out various special pillows in that time with no pain relief. This ergonomic pillow sounded promising so bought it, but no relief as yet but of course I will continue to use it as miracles don’t happen quickly. If in time it does help I will come back and hopefully add the extra star !

Game changer, now I do not wake up from tossing and turning during the night and was suffering from insomnia, have only used my pillow twice and my sleep quality is so much better, the pillow case is silky smooth and cool to the touch which is great for hot flushes with menopause, if you are contemplating buying one just do it you will not be disappointed 👌😊

I've been looking for a pillow for a while since I've been having neck stiffness when I wake up and am so glad that this one seems to be working well. It's been 6 days of using and I already feel less stiff and painful around my neck area. It's really comfortable and cooling as I get hot at nights. Also as I am a side and back sleeper so this is perfect for the different positions.

I purchased the ergonomic pillow as I was struggling to get a good nights sleep. The very first night I had a better night sleep. It’s very comfy and supports your neck lovely

Great product, quick delivery

I have prolapsed cervical discs which gives me neck pain and headaches. Having tried a variety of pillows I was skeptical that this would help. It did take a bit of getting used to, but after a few nights it is comfortable.
