Great service quickly delivered

Tried it for 2 nights, found it uncomfortable and reverted to an ordinary pillow. It may work if you don’t move around in your sleep (seems unlikely) but if you do, you’ll end up with your head on an unsuitable and uncomfortable zone. Only the central lower zone was comfortable for me. Also I prefer the feel of a 100% cotton case. This pillow isn’t a standard case size, so none are available.

I have ordered The Ergonomic Kneeling Chair ( Order no ERG3151613) on 22nd of January 2025. It arrived on the 23rd of January. From when it has been received the chair looked funny and the two legs did not seem to be parallel, goes to show their products are really not in a good state once they are assembled. Not sure if this is a fault, or just poor quality wrapped in an expensive price label. In less than 2 days I have had really bad cervical pain and symptoms of cervical spondylosis. I have 2 doctor appointments and an MRI scan because of the headaches this chair gave me. Furthermore, it is very uncomfortable to sit on, as it is not adjustable and so all the weight goes on the tibia, which is bone from knee down to the ankle, and this also is very painful. And I have had kneeling chairs before. Very disappointed with this product, I have requested a refund today, 8th of Feb 2025. So 16 days after receiving this chair. I would have done it sooner, but I was too caught up in doctors appointments and not able to sleep at night because of the intense headaches and neck pain. The only way to request a refund is by emailing support at ergonomist.co.uk and because their refund policy says an item can be returned in 30 days from when it has been delivered, I now have to wait for someone to acknowledge the email and then give the go ahead for a return. The refund policy says the buyer pays for the return label, which again is wrong, as this is £149 ( bought in the sale, as the original price is £300). There is no number to contact them on, and I am very disappointed with this company overall for having such a hidden way of dealing with their customers, and not having a customer call centre/ telephone number to deal with issues. I would not recommend this product, and because they company does not provide a contact other than that email, I would not recommend them either.

This company took six weeks to respond to my complaint. The response was very much "tough". Be very careful if you decide to use this company unless you are a gambler!

Emailed them twice about a Treadmill Pad Running/Walking Under Desk Exercise Machine if it comes with warranty before I purchase it and they couldn’t be bothered to reply . I will go elsewhere for one , thank god I didn’t order from here useless

Highly recommend these pillows. I regularly wake with neck pain so I bought two and both my husband and I sleep much better, with no pain. The pillow is the perfect thickness and firmness. Much better quality than others I’ve seen advertised. Definitely worth it.

Super comfortable for side sleeping with good support for your neck. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought a pillow as i've suffered for many months with pain in my head on several occasions I have turned to this pillow and it has helped with comfort and neck pain, I will admit it feels odd trying to get used to it and i keep swapping in and out with my original pillow but fingers crossed it continues to work as I need.

I have, what I thought was Carpel tunnel syndrome, waking up every hour with numb hands. After tests I was told my nerves were fine and it could be a neck problem. I immediately researched this and decided to try the ergonomic pillow, I can honestly say that it has 90% stopped it, leaving me to sleep through the night. I'm gobsmacked that such a small change has made so much difference. I would highly recommend trying for neck problems.
