Terrible company. Made my order and was told 48 hour delivery. That never happened. Requested a tracking number after 4 days and it took them 2 days to supply it. Tracking number was not recognised. Cancelled order and asked for refund which was ignored. Eventually item turned up after 8 days of chasing. Seriously thought it was a scam and would never use this company again

Fake reviews on their website as it feels like if it was written by the same person with similar writing style and errors. I left my review on their website over a week ago that has never been published. Received my Back Stretcher from them for £10 (reduced down from £39.95 or something). I wasn't expecting to receive a miracle but the item that is genuine and fits its description. I was rather disappointed, to say least, when i opened the package and found there 2 pieces of plastic that is very flimsy and unsteady when assembled together. Feeling is that it'll break apart when you using it and a piece of plastic would end up inside your body.

Well what a purchase - the issue I had with the burning of my shins has relieved this so much - wish I knew about this chair last year, and it would have saved me from having an operation.....

Poor after sales service. While my order seemed to be dispatched promptly, it took 3 days to arrive (admittedly probably the courier's fault). But then I discovered that one of the parts had been incorrectly supplied. I emailed the company 4 days ago and still haven't received a response. The phone number listed on the website is also never answered :(

I’m very pleased with the rocking kneeling chair. I work from home and have recently had a hip replacement (following an RTA). I also suffer with fibromyalgia, the chair is really helping with my posture and at the end of the day I don’t have niggling aches and pains. The quality, packaging and delivery was first class.

I must have been lucky looking at the other reviews... I ordered the chair midday on a Friday, it arrived midday on that Sunday as per the email I was sent. My partner put it together while I was out; it looks great, very sturdy, fits under my desk. It's really comfortable and helps with my posture. I can imagine from the reviews if anything went wrong it might not get sorted, so I pray it stays as it is!

Pretty sure this company is a scam. I've paid for a product which I still haven't received and despite multiple emails to customer service have had no response so currently all I can say is that they are fraudulent. They've taken money and not delivered a product. I was sent tracking information by amazon and then told the item was delivered, which it has not been. Do not purchase from this company.

After my experience I have to conclude that Ergonomist, while not a scam, could improve their customer service. I ordered a kneeling chair on the with next day delivery, about a week later Amazon emailed me to say they had cancelled my shipping label because they hadn't received the item from Ergonomist, I tried to contact Ergonomist by phone, email and chat over the following month to check whether my order was still being processed or refunded with no response, I finally received an email just over a month after my order was placed to say it would be shipped the following day, and it was. The chair was easy to put together and looks and feels great now I have it. Ergonomist should be more transparent and communicative about their shipping but the products seem good when you eventually get them.

I wish I had looked at Trust Pilot before buying from this company. If you are thinking about it, DO NOT BUY. They do not have a phone number that works. I spent £150 on a faulty kneeling chair and returned it. I have received no refund and no communication. I cannot afford to lose this money and would urge you not to buy from Ergonomist. I would give them absolutely no stars but it's not possible.

The limited company behind this is Quadrio (sole director: Mohammed Azhar Vahora), and is running similar sites - cosynappers.co.uk and mypregnancy-pillow.co.uk with similar levels of issues. The name of the company seems to be deliberately misspelt as Quadiro on all three sites. Website advertises next day delivery and there’s no mention of any stock shortage. On the basis of the above, I placed an order. A short time later, after having received an order confirmation, I received a further message that my order was in fact a ‘pre-order’ and would be delivered in approximately 1 months time. I don’t appreciate sales being made in such a disingenuous way and ever since I’ve been trying to cancel the order with zero replies. Finally, the extracts of press reviews seem to be fake.

Two weeks after a chair was due to be delivered they continue to ignore all contact including three legal cancellation letters and now have had mail saying Amazon will deliver it today. I'll have to refuse delivery and try and sort it out with y bank so I don't lose my £150!

Ordered a chair the other day - and said it was NEXT DAY delivery. Have tried sending them an email. Their phone line doesn't work. Now I'm £150 out of pocket. Clearly a SCAM or business going out of business. I've tried reaching them but no response.

Easy website to order from. Delivery came on time. Easy to put together.

AVOID! Scam company! Bought a chair and they said it would take 5 weeks to deliver! Website didn’t show it as out of stock. Requested a refund and they don’t reply - or return money!! Will update if I eventually get my money back. UPDATE: still no response. Clearly a fraudulent company. Stolen my money. I have to threaten legal action now

Arrived promptly, assembly instructions fine, quality seems fine at this point (couple of weeks since received). V good for my back, some shin pain initially but gone used to pretty quickly. V happy to recommend.

After the delivery company failed to deliver to the correct property I received supportive customer support promising resolution… then was informed that the product had been delivered. It hadn’t and still hasn’t. Despite a contacting the company to complain, I have still not received any response, I have paid and I have no product and now no communication!! Really upset .

I purchased an ergonomic stool, which I am very happy with it; the delivery was fast and the instructions to assemble my stool were very clear too so I am happy with my purchase, which I am not happy with it is the lack of response from your customer service (contacted them via email, telephone and IM), as I need an invoice to be sent to me. Please reply to me.

I ordered a chair from here. Came within a day amazing. Went to go build the thing and the part was wrong. Like there was no holes to attach the panels into. I have emailed 3 times and got no response. Asked for a spare part. Nothing. Asked for a return. Nothing. Very disappointed

Received a mixture of two different chairs that obviously didn’t fit together, asked for a replacement and now they’re not responding! Terrible!
