On Saturday night (21/09/2024) I ordered the knee massager, lumbar massager, cervical pillow, Dijon blue light glasses and Bordeaux blue light glasses, my order arrived on Monday (23/09/2024), absolutely impressed with the service and the goods all look top quality. The pillow is amazing and both glasses look fab, one for home and one for my office, I am yet to try the knee and the lumbar massager. I've been working up with neck pain for years,but since switching to this ergonomic cervical pillow, I'm finally pain free. The contouring is perfect providing just the right amount of support. It was delivered quickly and the quality is outstanding. I do however, wish they would provide different options for pillow cases rather than just the standard.

poor customer service. charged my account and never sent out shipment, no number to contact. Contacted them through Amex, had audacity to call me and confirm a shipment for tomorrow. This is hoax company do not get scammed!! then offered me 50% off. wow so i wait for further 20 days for delivery?

Great product and great service. I ordered this pillow even though I was sceptical about it easing my neck pain but I was willing to try it. Boy was I wrong - it made such a difference and it was great to get a good night sleep without waking up with neck pains in the morning. Definitely does what it says on the tin !! Would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Awful company. Avoid like the plague. The item I purchased wasn’t the quality I expected for the price and the instructions were poor with several parts mislabelled. Unfortunately the chair was unsuitable but despite several requests for returns information I have still not had a response. Very frustrating when they advertise a 30 day no quibble refund on their website. They will probably drag it on until the 30 days are up and then tell me I’m too late to return.

Bought the posture corrector - apparently 50% off. Purchased for £15. It's probably worth about £5. I'm an average sized guy and it didn't fit at all. Almost as if it was meant for kids! Emailed for a refund - no response. Called on multiple occasions, phone just rings and then cuts off after 30 seconds or so. Doubt I will ever see that £15 again.

Ordered the mesh chair. Box had obviously already been opened. No instructions in the box, and the parts I did receive seem to be back to front compared to the pictures on the website. I also ordered in the same consignment the kneeling chair. The screws and fixtures were unbagged and rolling around inside the box. Unsuprisingly one bolt was missing. The quality of the product feels very poor and flimsy. I would not recommend this company or its products at all, like something out of the pre-IKEA days of dodgy cheap flatpack furniture.

Fast delivery and quick response when I had issues. My kneeling chair seemed great quality but unfortunately had a defective dowel in the seat (snapped in half and wedged in) so I contacted support. In under an hour they'd responded and a replacement was on its way! Mistakes happen sometimes, it's how you then deal with them that matters.

Pillow is a waste of money very uncomfortable

Good product at the right price and delivered free next day. What’s not to like?
