Good - nice design and looks very sleek. In theory it’s great for the back posture. Not so good- 1. Can’t sit for long - You can’t sit with your legs kneels for a long time, it gives me pains in the shins. It also ruins my cotton legging due to prolonged period of rubbing. 2. The seat height is too high for my desk - Means I have to look downwards to look at my monitor so my neck pain is worse after just one day of use. If you have height adjustable table then this may work for you. 3. Quality of parts - one of the wood screw was hammered into the cushion, making it less secure. One of the leg metal screws cannot fit in. The hole so we had to force it in with an electric screw driver. 4. Poor Customer service - there’s no telephone offered to call them. I followed the instruction to email support but still haven’t heard back after 3 days. If there’s no support it means they can let you go out of the 14 days cool down period and you cannot amend your orders or refund. Overall - shame it didn’t work out, I really wanted it to and it’s not a cheap chair to buy. The company needs to know people don’t spend this much money unless they have an issue that needs help with. Hope this review helps as helpful for those considering the chairs.

The posture harness seems to be working. The only thing I would say is that the straps should be a lot longer so that you can adjust them at the front of shoulder instead of underneath arms

No instructions with product No replies to emails

I ordered from here over 3 weeks ago, my chair cost £150 and was suppose to be next day delivery. I have not received my item and the company have not responded to my email!!

This is a complete Scam. The phone is turned off The live chat is not manned Emails come back as failed delivery Do not purchase. Hopefully companies like this will get what they deserve. Do not order from this company

This special stool is so brilliant and beautifully made too plus easy to assemble. I know it will take a little time to get used to using it but I enjoy using it for few hours every day until my body is used to it.

Crap! No after sale services at all, no one answer the phone, slow response via email. I ordered a kneeling chair, it is completely a fault product, the components do not match each other. I’m still waiting their response. Will keep everyone update when they get back to me.

i cant believe i waited this long to purchase the kneeling chair. Its so comfortable, beautiful and helps me focus while working without the need to constantly take breaks to stretch or find a comfortable sitting position. It's only been a week and already see a difference in my posture and back/neck pain.

The after sales service seems to be non-existent. My colleague and I have tried several times to contact the company by telephone, message on the website and email to request a VAT invoice but no response at all.

This product is absolutely crap and litrally does nothing. AVOID and DO NOT BUY!!!

Happy with the product itself; my lower back doesn’t hurt me any longer when I’m sitting, so it works! Delivery was quick and efficient!

I already own a Varier Variable Balans and assumed this would be of the same quality. I followed the instructions to put the chair together and when it came to attaching the seat the wooden struts didn’t line up with the holes for the screws in the seat. I double checked if correctly assembled which I had. In the end I had to attach the seat first and make everything else fit. I hope it is as sturdy and long lasting as my original Varier chair only time will tell

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Scam company. Bought a kneeling chair for £150. Arrived quickly but was faulty and impossible to put together. Company won't answer the phone or emails. I wish I had looked them up on here first to see all the other reviews. I want my money back!!!! UPDATE 31st Oct: Company has finally replied to my emails, claiming they've had multiple staff off sick. I'm doubtful this is the truth, but will give them the benefit of the doubt for now. They are currently dealing with my request for a replacement part. Will update here when the issue is resolved. UPDATE: 5th Dec So, despite the email I received, I never heard back from them. Thankfully I was able to raise this dispute with my bank and they were able to do a charge back to the companies account and I got my refund.

The delivery took a while to come. The chair is flat pack. The assemble was easy enough. The wood is a smooth and has a quality finish. The cushioning is well padded. Overall, I’m very happy with the chair.

Ok, bought the kneeling chair as I get terrible backaches from my office chair and after trying out my colleague’s kneeling chair I realised it was the best thing ever. There was a slight delay in getting the order (although the website says it’s next day) due to mix up with the orders on the shop’s site. The communication from the vendor was adequate and the issue with the delay was resolved fairly quickly. However, I think it’s a reseller site and not a brand/manufacturer. I bought the kneeling chair and a posture correction vest. The chair is of a fair quality, probably won’t hold anymore than 90kg in weight (although site says 120kg). If you’re heavier than 90kg it might not last long as it’s not strong enough — the knee support curve is quite thin and wobbles slightly. The chair is a little asymmetrical, but it doesn’t affect the performance or posture. Overall it’s a good chair. It certainly makes you sit up straight and improves posture in general. As someone commented, it can be a bit hard on shins, but only if you spend hours in one position which is not healthy anyway. The posture correction vest is great but a bit rough in terms of materials — not the most expensive type. It does the job though. Overall a good experience and I’m enjoying my chair.
