The item was a reduced price (pillow) so ordered the item. Not sure that I would afford the full price. It did take a few days to arrive. The parcel seemed to transit by the carrier a rather confusing and indirect route. I am still assessing the product. Seems good so far.

Ordering and delivery excellent - prompt and no hassles. Finished chair is good quality and comfortable. However, assembling the chair was a nightmare - took nearly two hours and nearly went in the bin! Perhaps worth paying the £40 to get it ready assembled.

The pillow looks like good quality. I suppose you need time to get used to it, especially if you were previously using a different type. But after using it for almost a month, I feel more rested after a night’s sleep. Plus, the shipping was super fast.

I’ve done my research before buying my first kneeling chair and I was confident that ergonomist would be the one to go. It’s been around 6 months that I use every day and it’s definitely between the purchases I’m so happy I’ve done! I work full time from home, from my laptop. I do alternate with being standing and on the chair. Very comfortable, I don’t get achy from being seated. Very very good. Bonus point: you can rock on it!

I would leave zero stars but cannot. Purchased a chair reading that there is a money back guarantee, 30 day free trial. Be careful, advised after 2 weeks to keep using to get used to the chair….. then was told that cannot return unless it’s not been used, have paperwork and in original packaging……considering it was flat packed when it arrived this wasn’t going to happen. Very poor experience. 19/2 - update, rcvd call from Customer Service, agreed to return chair FOC, they received on 7/2/2025 still chasing refund. Not getting any response from customer service.
