Eden Mill St Andrews are distillers of Scottish gins and Single Malt whiskies. Their brand-new distillery is due to be come operational in early 2025 with the visitor centre opening its doors to the public a few months later.
Update: After receiving an email yesterday to advise order would definitely be sent out for delivery today (Thursday 8/12) still no movement of order. Email sent last night and this morning asking to cancel order, ignored. Very poor communication. No sign of delivery, email query has so far been left unanswered for 1 week. How does a customer find out about a missing order?
Items still haven’t been delivered after waiting a week. Ordered on the 26th of November. Was supposed to be delivered on the 29th of November, but now the 6th of December and nothing. Have tried to contact Eden Mill, but no responses from repeated emails and no answer on the phone. Hugely disappointing.

Ordered a gift on 25 November and received delivery information from DPD to say delivery would be 28 November- still not arrived a week later and cannot find a contact No which works
I placed an order and they've taken my money. Their courier of choice is DPD Local. I have not received my order, despite the fact it was supposed to arrive Friday. It did not, so I changed the date to Monday, that has been and gone. Tried to call Eden Mill and get engaged tone at best (usually it is cut off before connection). DPD Local has the worst tracking system of any courier - I don't even know if they have my package, but are "going to" deliver it in the past! As of the 6th December, this is still ongoing.
I placed an order on the 23rd off November and received an email saying that it was dispatched and would be delivered on the 25th off November but it is now the 6th and still waiting I have been trying to contact but no response very sad and disappointed as the payment was taken instantly but still no order
Bought presents, delivered in quick time and packaged well. Price could have been lower as in Black Friday time.
Asked to review purchase and still haven’t received it !!!
My order is finally with me!! Contacted their Customer Services Dept and the organised the delivery for the next day. Very happy with service I received.

Placed my order and got confirmation email with delivery date. My order is now over a week late and after trying to get in touch with Eden Mill by phone, by email and social media to ask when I will receive my order, I am getting no reply. No communication! Terrible customer service!
Still waiting for my order, should have received it 5days ago. Received a email from DPD to say they are still waiting for my items, money has been taken from my account and still no goods, not impressed at all with this. Can’t believe I’m being asked to review my experience!
Absolutely no communication. Ordered on the 24th and same as previous comments dpd were supposed to have delivered it but never received it and now the company aren't replying.
Ordered presents and they were due for delivery on 30 Nov - i changed delivery to 2/12. NO DELIVERY. Ive tried calling 20x today - engaged or says number invalid. Emailed and completed the contact form -NO REPLY! Getting a bit fed up now - you have my money, we have no goods!!!!! Get it sorted or stop taking peoples money. You have replied to my 30 calls, 2 contact us forms and emails, today! Youve said my order will be despatched this week - i await ! As suspected - theres been no order update by the end of the week, so there will be no delivery by tomorrow as they indicated there would be, and although the phone now rings - no-one answers - disgrace of a company. UPDATE 16/12/22: order FINALLY arrived today. Will never order from Eden Mill again, very very poor customer experience.
I have not received my order, nobody is replying to the emails I send and the telephone number does not ring. I have paid for the order but DPD say they have not received the physical parcel from Eden Mill in order to deliver it. Absolutely ridiculous.
I received an email saying my order would be delivered on 28 November 2022. A week later, there is still no delivery. The courier’s website says they have not received the package and to contact the seller. I have spent four hours trying to telephone Eden Mill, the phone is constantly engaged. Two earlier emails have not been responded to.
Order didn't arrive. Message from their courier giving me a delivery day but telling me that they hadn't yet received my order. Tried to contact Eden Mill, no response to emails, the phone number on their website doesn't work.
