Eden Mill St Andrews are distillers of Scottish gins and Single Malt whiskies. Their brand-new distillery is due to be come operational in early 2025 with the visitor centre opening its doors to the public a few months later.

Wrong contents with order and awaiting a response from email !! Got a quick first reply but I had a few questions and no response since , in the last 5 days !! This is the 2nd time there has been a packing error with my orders. Come on guys - customer service ????!!!!
Great product. Quick and easy delivery, although delivered a day early to that chosen at point of order, without notification by courier. Luckily someone was in to receive item but I think this was down to the courier rather than Eden Mills.

I have paid for 4 bottles of gin as Christmas presents but they haven’t arrived. DPD tracking shows them as damaged and disposed of. Despite emailing Eden Mill I have had no communication and no idea what is happening.
