My order has been paid for but hasn’t been delivered and can’t be tracked appalling professionalism and customer care nonexistent just given limited information and then just ignored still waiting for them to get back to me to why my item hasn’t been delivered at the date agreed and what they are going to do about it not acceptable

Beautifully packaged gift, unfortunately it did not arrive on time. Delivery scheduled for 19th December but received on 23rd.

Deliver on time - we still have not received our gin even though it was ordered well in advance of Christmas

Delivery never arrived Chased it up and was promised next day delivery however still never arrived and still not due 28th December it was a Christmas present

Guaranteed Christmas delivery cut off was Friday 16th December purchased a Christmas gift on Friday 16th December at 15:29 and still na parcel. This was a Christmas gift I emailed the Eden mill Facebook page, to which the responded it has been dispatched and would be with me on Friday or Christmas Eve it didn’t turn up either of those days if I had known it would be late I would of purchased another one, however I was waiting on delivery on Christmas Eve. So disappointed in customer services.

I used to love Eden Mill but since they changed hands, the production and distribution are not synced. The last 3 orders, I have been promised within 48 hours via DPD (who as a delivery company are amazing) but Eden Mill have really let me down. Communication from the company is shocking and they take at least 3 days to respond to an enquiry. Gutted, because I love the gin but to busy chasing the commercial market now and forgetting those who supported the company from the very start.

i can't really rate it as, although i ordered before the cut off, it hasn't arrived yet

Still haven't received my order

A Christmas gift that has not arrived despite saying it would, customer service is dire as I have contacted by email and tried telephoning which keeps getting cut off. Quick to take your cash and slow to deliver.

Christmas order didn’t arrive Hard to understand when we live in Fife and delivery/postie arriving every day I ordered on the 15th Your spam emails detail ‘order by 16th for Christmas arrival’ clearly not true as our order now due on 28th! Your social media Instagram is advertising the gin for Christmas which seems a bit daft if you can’t even manage to deliver it locally ahead of the 25th

Ordered some gifts for the wife and still haven’t received them 10 days later . To be fair this is the first issue I’ve had as I’ve ordered many times before.

Still not received it… was due on 19th december !!!!!!!….was meant to be a christmas present…. Had to go buy something else… so disappointed !! Brian

I ordered these Gins as gift, as it said guaranteed delivery before Christmas. I spent £60 on Gin to have to go and buy some more dye to these not arriving. I am very disappointed

I never received it and the tracking disappeared on the dpd app. Need to claim my money back via a refund.

When the courier’s App developed a fault, it was a pleasure speaking to a member of your staff in person, who explained the problem in detail. She was courteous, very polite & professional. I will certainly be using your company again. ⭐️ x 10 👍

Beautiful product , arrived promptly and was very well packaged for protection!

Great gift, delivered on time

Very pleased with the product and presentation.Cannot really knock you down for the problems with the delivery,but something you need to address.DPD gave me a time window which they never made,but also told me it was delivered.Also my emails were not answered.The parcel turned up a day late and was just left by my front door.
