Don’t have the product. DPD’s failure to deliver changed their message that the driver will be with me shortly to telling me the parcel was back in the depot sometime after 22:00. My one hour slot was 16:05 - 17:05. A wasted evening and I used another supplier’s gin to drown my sorrows. Maybe only ask for a rating when you know your product has been delivered.

This companies customer service is appalling & they need to keep THEIR CUSTOMERS informed with delivery delays, instead of telling us to contact (in my circumstances DPD) the courier. I didn't order through the courier. On phoning the girl at their office said they had a big problem with customer service, especially replying to emails. I called on a Friday, having emailed on the Tuesday & was told they were only just dealing with emails from the previous week!!! My items did arrive & I am happy with them, but I think if us the customers were kept informed it wouldn't have been such an issue

Ordered arrived well wrapped and not too long to arrive

Delivery was very delayed, much longer than indicated after purchase. In addition, after purchase the delivery was booked with the courier and a delivery date send out to me. However, by that date, the order hasn't even left your warehouse.

Delighted with the festive gin selection from Eden mill will be great over Christmas and New year. Would be great if it was available in more retail stores as difficult to come across. Would recommend to anyone that who drinks gin.

I was worried when the delivery hadn't arrived. The first I knew it was coming was when I had a tracking email from DPD on the 18th. More updates would be appreciate. That said, the product and packaging were great and very high quality.

Late delivery, called and emailed, items ended up discounted and once I got through to someone I was told I would get refunded the difference, still waiting! Dissatisfied, disappointed ☹️

So easy to order and delivered to your door

If I could give them a 0 I would. I ordered a 12 days of gin advent calendar from them and received an email from DPD to indicate it would be delivered on 2 December. It is now 17 December and the goods have still not been delivered. DPD have indicated 3 separate delivery dates on which I have stayed in all day to receive, only for them not to deliver. This was the first time I had ordered from this company, and i will never order from them again. Update: finally managed to get through to DPD on Sunday 18 December after DPD indicated several delivery dates all of which were cancelled by them for various reasons. We were informed they could not guarantee delivery by 24 December!! Hardly the next day delivery that Niamh re Eden Mill indicated in her email to me.

I always love the gin, but the delivery was the problem. As it’s alcohol you need to be there for delivery. I was told it was going to be delivered on 1st December, so I waited in ….. no delivery! It finally came about 5 days later when I had to wait in again. Perhaps they should change their delivery company from DPD! Other than that the gin is always lovely.

This company only responds to reviews, they have cut telephone and email communication, there must be a severe trading issue going on as they have taken my money and not supplied goods on order 00000219799. How can I get my money back if they refuse to communicate.

The service and the order came fast and great product.

The original parcel was damaged somewhere along the line in transit. Niamh emailed me and arranged for replacements to be delivered. These arrived within days. Look forward to trying the contents over Christmas and the New Year.

Absolutely disappointed. I ordered two bottles of flavoured gin in November for a birthday present. I still have not received them. I have emailed on several occasions and I was told that they had had a lot of orders but mine would be delivered 7-10 days time. I’m still waiting and have emailed twice and had no reply.

No idea what is going on with this company! No one answering the phone - 12 calls now - just ringing and then the call is cut off. No dispatch information sent. Christmas presents ordered but fear they are not going to arrive. ***** I am updating this as the company have now contacted me and honestly they could not have been more helpful. I would still say however it would be good to have an update for customers when there are delivery issues and get the phone line sorted !

Great tasting gin, fast delivery!

No communication on my order. I have email 7 times and nobody has emailed back and my online account as no information either on my order.

Great service, outstanding gin. Rosa Rosa is a firm favourite.
