Eden Mill St Andrews are distillers of Scottish gins and Single Malt whiskies. Their brand-new distillery is due to be come operational in early 2025 with the visitor centre opening its doors to the public a few months later.
I have recently had a response and our goods are due to arrive as I type this message so i will now readdress my review and would recommend
Poor servuce still no delivery over a week can't get hold of eden mill dpd say they have not got order and eden mill say order completed on website phone number for eden mill states not in use and no response from email but monies cleared from bank account for over a week.
Took money out my account twice I emailed them they then and they only have 1 payment and one confirmation yet I have it out my account twice and two emails of confirmations I was then asked for evidence and I’m still waiting on a response just under two weeks now I am also still waiting to receive the parcel. Not great experience at all.
I changed my delivery date from the Tuesday 29th to Wednesday 30th but I am still waiting as they gave me a date of 7 December but I still have to wait to find out the time of the delivery. I would appreciate if this order could be delivered A M not pm. Ordering is no problem and this is the first time I have had a problem
I ordered well over a week ago and still not received my order said going to be delivered the 29th November didn't come now saying 7th December I think this is poor
Delivery not received! Was due to receive this on Nov 30th, still waiting!!! No phone number available nor is there a live chat option to speak with Eden mill directly only option is to fill in a contact us form where no one gets back to you !!!

Recently ordered 2 bottles of Quince gin from Eden mill. There was a problem with delivery but they were very apologetic as it was due to Black Friday event coinciding with my delivery. They did keep me informed once I had informed them that the order hadn't been delivered.
How can you ask me to review a product if not received yet? Been waiting over 10 dsys

Parcel not delivered and no response to email enquiry
I have not received my order. Eden Mill have not replied to my messages. Not impressed.
My order was placed on 24th November, I was advised delivery would be in the 28th and I've yet to receive the goods on 3rd December. DPD advising eden mill has not sent them the item yet!
Still awaiting my purchases
I have still not received my order. It was due for arrival on 28/11/22 and then I received a message to say it would be a day late. This item has still not arrived
Placed my order on 24th November and have still not received purchase, despite receiving an email from DPD stating my item would be delivered on the 28th. I contacted customer service to be told that there was a high demand due to Black Friday and my order would be delivered within 5-7 working days; 7 working days is tomorrow and still no sign. The DPD app had been saying, all week, that they had received details of my order, but the parcel was still to be dispatched to them. As of yesterday morning, this status had changed to say I had no active parcels.
Was told my order would be delivered on 28th nov but did not arrive, got intouch and was promised it wears ear marked for delivery, still waiting.was told it was due to a high volume during Black Friday even though I ordered before. Have received other packages from other companies ordering later.can’t afford to loose money in this recession.

Still not received order and was due to come before 30/11 and no communication whatsoever and no reply to email. Sent me this asking what i thought of product/experience. Well what product??
