I have ordered multiple items from this company with no issues. However, in the past few months, each time that I have ordered, my credit card information has been stolen. The site is NOT SECURE. I looked back at all my purchases and each of the THREE times my cards were compromised came after using this site. Buyer, please beware. EDIT: I recently learned that the website "Shop Hair Wigs" is also associated with the company Ebonyline. Do NOT use them either. I placed an order and Ebonyline sent me an email informing me that the color wasn't available. It's the same horse, just a different color. I'm sure that Ebonyline was responsible for the theft of my card information and I will not use any company associated with them EVER. Take your money elsewhere and shop with a reputable company.

The service is awesome and Michelle J is friendly and courteous with orders. I love the units I purchase and the prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend this site to my friends!

One of the items I ordered was out of stock and Larissa from customer service contacted me right away so I could choose another color or wig. She made the switch quickly and with no problems so my order would still arrive on time. Great customer service

My first ever wig was purchased from ebony line. I’m a beginner with wig application and after reading reviews and watching videos on this company, i’ve grown to a better one. Both wigs I’ve received have great quality as well as having long time wear. Larissa and her team has been excellent with giving details and information as soon as you place your order.
