I was refunded money, but confused as to why. I had missed an email that went to spam after a few days I had ordered that they were not able to get the product. Either way, when I emailed to inquire was going on, I got a response within five minutes. I appreciate that.

I really enjoy shopping with ebonyline. I made a order and the product was unavailable and a wonderful person by the name of Michelle help me, so that I could receive my order right away. I really appreciate the service.

They have a good variety of product, but I won’t be ordering from them again. I ordered an in stock item on 4/5 and received email saying I will be sent an email with a tracking number once my order has shipped. It’s 4/14 and nothing. I emailed them asking for order status and got a reply that I’ll receive a tracking number within 24-72 business hours. Really?! Ugh! My hair appointment is on Friday. Needless to say it won’t be here on time. Sucks that I shelled out the money to receive nothing and now have to go to my local beauty supply to find something similar and spend that same amount of money PLUS some. Smh. If your shipping is a two week turn around then just say that instead of putting false info on the website! Never again!

I've ordered from Ebonyline around 5 times now and have felt comfortable each time. My most recent order I need to switch out one wig for another, I emailed and had a reply in under 5 minutes(thanks Michelle!). They make the process easy to understand and are willing to help in anyway. Not to mention I've gotten my best wig deals from them! 10/10

I really like the competitive prices for products! They also have extra colors and lengths that my local beauty store doesn't have. I've had to reach out to customer service a few times and I've always been met with professionalism and kindness. Shout out to DAEJONNA D by the way from customer service! #HappyCustomer
