I ordered a wig from Ebonyline 6 days ago for the first time and I have received my beautiful wig today. One from the Foxy Silver line. I really do love it. It’s fits my head very well. Quality looks good. Packaged well with a card with instructions on it how to care for it. Very soft and nice curls. Clean and no scents. Ready to wear. From Indonesia. Planning on buying all of my wigs through Ebonyline.

They have a good selection and the prices are some of the best you'll find online before coupons or deals. This site has some deals, but you can't combine them and the lower-cost shipping, so it all kinda washes out. Also, the discount shipping times can be hit and miss, but that's a given considering its economy. Overall, very positive experience.

I'm new to this site. I ordered the wrong wig and contacted them through email. They quickly canceled the order and refunded my money. Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

I'm never disappointed with ordering from ebonyline. The wigs always look bomb and I get countless compliments on the wigs! They're timely on the orders and shipping. They let you know when things are out of stock and give you options on how you would like to proceed. Michelle especially is amazing and super helpful!!!

My Customer Service Agent was Mrs. Michelle. She was excellent! My Package was taking longer than my other purchases. So, I emailed Ebony Customer Service. Mrs. Michelle was fast in replying, very concerned, knowledgeable, friendly, and sent me Tracking info! WOW! But, after contact Ebony, I realized the Holiday Shipping had begun; meaning delays (my previous orders were out of holiday season.) I was under the weather & didn't go to my mailbox until November 20th. Shoot! The Package was inside mailbox 5 days earlier– on November 15th! Yet, she knew that, but out of the kindness of her heart, she didn't make me feel like a "Nut"! Lol! Thanks, Darling! Lol!
