I ordered several products including a wig back in March and I received an email about a tracking label but apparently they haven't turned the package over to the post office yet. It's going on 30 days, I tried to email and my email was returned something about the mailbox being full or not accepting emails. I had high hopes for this company but I won't make this mistake again I will be requesting a refund from PayPal and if I have any issues I will reach out to the Better Business bureau

Five stars because the reviews was so terrible that I was upset I ordered before reading them. I ordered on the 4/14/2021 and received my order on 4/21/2021 right in the time frame promise my order was packed nice and neat I know the hair good because I had it before if you are ordering make sure it say in stock now Thanks Ebonyline for a quick delivery

Ebonyline is one of my favorite online stores to shop for wigs. I recently ordered Outre Shireen and ordered the wrong color. I emailed them and they immediately changed the order to the color I wanted. Thank you guys so much and thank you Michelle for emailing me and providing outstanding customer service.
I would give this company zero stars if I could. These positive reviews have got to be paid for. Because this is one shady company. I ordered a wig on April 10th. On April 14th I received an email saying the item was on the way and a tracking number was provided. When I went to the USPS website to check the tracking, it only said that the shipping label had been created, and that message hasn’t changed since. Today is April 21st. Anyone that owns an online business knows that you can print a mailing label from home, but that does not mean you have turned the package over to the post office to be shipped. When the post office receives a package, IT IS SCANNED, PERIOD! They do not just get a package and not acknowledge that it was received. The post office NEVER received the package from EBONYONLINE. When I contacted Ebonyonline today to check on the status of my package, they tried to blame it on the post office by saying the mail was backed up and no packages were being scanned and shipped right now. Anyone with common sense would know that is a bold faced lie. I knew it was a LIE because I own a successful online business and ship out packages all over the US and internationally everyday. None of my packages are this delayed. Rarely do I have a delayed package at all. They could have gotten away with this lie a few months back due to the COVID outbreak, but not now. The mail is back on track now. If there is a problem with my own customers getting their package, a simple call to the local post office, mine or theirs, will usually remedy the problem. If this company doesn’t have an item in their warehouse, they shouldn’t offer it online. Or, show that it’s sold out, but offer to order it for the customer. Then be honest about how long it may take to receive it. But that would be too much like right. I don’t care if they say they are in the US, I suspect they are taking the customer’s money, ordering some of the wigs from China, and then giving the customer some bs excuse for the unreasonable delay. Just be honest. If that’s not what’s going on, then what is it? Because it’s not the post office holding on to packages for weeks without acknowledging that they even have them. This company chooses to be shady. Period!!! Never again will they get my business. I’m very glad I didn’t go with an expensive wig before trying this company out first. Best decision I could have made. Response to Ebonyonline. There is no such delay. Like I said above, I have an online business, and I order online often from various businesses. You continue to push this bogus lie instead of being honest with your customers. What a dishonest and pathetic way to run a business. Then you have audacity to offer incentives for a positive review even though your service is horrible. Just sad. Anyone ordering from this company is doing so at their own risk. There are better companies to deal with, without the lies and headaches. READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS! They all have the SAME complaint. Don’t fall for the reviews that have been solicited and bought.

They advertise the wrong color in the picture but said I need to adjust my settings. That wasn’t it the color on everything I use is good. Not a good one. I returned for refund hopefully no problems. I did have to pay to send back which was way more than receiving.
I live in Canada and I ordered a wig for around $90 CAD. I didn't like it so I returned it. I had to pay $20 shipping to send it back and another $20 to FedEx. They only reimbursed me $50 CAD because of restocking fees, shipping fees and promos (I had a $2 discount). I emailed asking for the exact amounts deducted a couple times and received no response. They don't have a number to call.
I was very happy with the wigs I ordered, although one of the wigs I ordered was out of stock Hector was very helpful in assisting me in replacing it. Thank you very much Great customer service👍
I keep readying great reviews for Ebonyline and I am yet to receive it. After my first order with this company everything went down. I place my order and it takes a week or more before dispatch. One time I got the items delivered before I got an email with my tracking number. I currently have two orders pending with them and it’s been over a week and still not been dispatched. I remember I was supposed to get a refund, they insisted they have refunded but I never got it. I had to call PayPal and they got intouch with them before I got my money. I am so disappointed with yall. SamsBeauty that I thought will be terrible have been amazing for a whole year. Ebony line has great prices and one or two brands no other sites have that’s why I keep going back. I am starting to think all these positive reviews ain’t real. Ebonyline I am soo disappointed in your service

So far Ebonyline customer service and IM have been really great. they have answered all my question. I purchased an item and it just was the wrong color for me. I wrote and asked questions on the return and exchange. They were then happy to help. I don't remember the IM ladies I spoke with but they were awesome. I do remember one customer service rep., Hector, who sent an email explaining the return department's process to me. Very helpful.
I placed an order and was wondering when my order would ship. I received an email today, 04/14/2021, informing me about a discrepancy, that one of my items was not available to ship. I chose to delete that item from my order so that the other 2 items could ship. I appreciate Customer Service Rep, Daejonna D., contacting me and resolving the issue quickly. Daejonna was very efficient with her communications. I appreciate the help and will be excited to receive my order. Thanks to Daejonna D. and Ebonyline! You are the best site ever!
