Got the Seeker 14 for my three and a half year old daughter. She was able to start riding unassisted on the fourth attempt over the course of several days. She loves it. I have been a mountain biker for 20 years and have owned a number of quality bikes. The Early Rider bike is well-built with quality components and should last to be handed down to my baby boy and a few other kids.
Previously had great experience with the Belter 16 including being able to get a replacement crank arm direct from Early Rider without any hassle. Bikes are really well thought through targeting light weight (probably the most important thing) but with great spec, right down to small grips and awesome aluminium pedals. Based on this I recently ordered two Hellions (20 and 24) for my older two - these things are ridiculously rad. Not cheap but definitely feels like you are getting good value when they come with 'real' components rather than kid knock-offs. The kids love them and the capability of the bikes really motivates them to ride more (first ride with the 6yr old was a 10 mile loop). Customer service was outstanding - was able to place my order and then delay the delivery to land when we were back from holiday. Everything turned up exactly as promised, when it was promised, with regular updates along the way. Bikes were superbly packed and came with a neat kit of parts for assembly. Highly recommended.

Ordered directly as local representative said order will take about 4 weeks, got it in 2 weeks directly. Very happy with the purchase, the kid loves it, did 3.5 km on the first day and I basically had to force him home. Best gift for a kid so far. Package arrived as promised. Service and shipment notifications were perfect.

Excellent bike, light but very robust. It is really easy to drive. My son use push bike before and he was able to drive Belter 16 in less than 30 minutes. The weight of the bike is really what makes difference. Gear ratio is also perfect.
A rubber seal from out 16" Belter was broken and our dealer could not solve this problem (suggestion was to sent back the bike). I contacted Early Rider Support and they sent a replacement immediately. Great support!

Great service and great bike! I made a research on the first bike for my 4 year old son and heard from friends easy rider is very good and much lighter than the rivals. Since I wanted my son to skip 4 wheels part and go directly from balance bike to normal bike I voted for easy rider and it’s been a great choice. He started to ride it alone after 2 minutes with support. The delivery has been very fast, half day from the moment of shipping till arrival to Cyprus. Great job guys! Hope will remain your fans and buy a second one once he grows up.

Great service, great product. Bought the early rider 16 a year ago. Firstly the bike itself is five levels above all other contenders at this price range (e.g. frog), and the support was incredible. The rivets on the saddle went off, and when I asked the immediately sent a replacement. Well done!
I was doing extensive research on my daughter's first bike and Early Rider kept appearing in positive reviews, from both parents and professionals in the industry. Given the current global situation, finding the bike in stock was a challenge. I spoke to Wick from the workshop and he was brilliant. Within days, the bike arrived at my door. Efficient, professional and friendly service. These guys really listen to their customers and go above and beyond.

Early Rider have been absolutely fantastic! Our wee man is on his third Early Rider and it’s getting a good hammering as it should! He rides the Hellion H2 20” with its 9spd gears and mechanical disc brakes; perfect for a budding young 8yo to get to grips with all trails on. I contacted ER as his bottom bracket needs replacing, and a new mech hanger bracket as he’s clipped his and bent it slightly so indexing his gears wasn’t happening as it should. ER were absolutely amazing in their level of care and customer service ~ I cannot day enough or thank them enough, I wasn’t sure exactly which BB I needed, and about a new rear mech (derailleur) to put on - they were polite, efficient and professional to a T. They even advised on a few things from a personal POV regards extras and that was the icing on the cake. ER aren’t cheap but their product is great and entirely thought out for your kids, but their support is like your child is a Pro. Kudos guys, thank you for being so cool and please don’t ever lose that - it’s worth more than the bike.
