What can I say ... delivery was quick with great communication in email updates. Once the bike was delivered I even got an email from EarlyRider with instructions and tips to help set up the bike - how cool is that!! The bike was easy to build - just put the pedals on, bars on and rotate the stem, everything else (like brakes) was set up perfectly already! My lad LOVES the bike, it's so well built, it'll last him years and that's saying something 😂
Great service and product. We have a Belter 16 and a Classic balance bike. The bikes are loved dearly. However, our 2 year old had a high speed spill on her Classic and managed to break the handlebar. Not really expecting to find a replacement handlebar I had a look on the Early Rider site and was pleasantly surprised that they sell most parts for their bikes! The handlebars weren't in stock so I put my email address in to be alerted when they came into stock. Low and behold I was notified a few weeks later that they were in stock and I immediately purchased them. They arrived to Australia in less than a week and fit perfectly. Amazing follow up, incredible customer service. I would highly recommend any product from Early Rider.

I had bought a Seeker 20” for my daughter 3 years ago. Very satisfied by the bike and decided to upgrade it to a Seeker 24”. I ordered from Early Rider UK and got in two weeks in Istanbul. I lost one part during installation (probably gone to garbage with packaging) and ordered the spare. ER shipped the spare right away free of charge without any resistance. My daughter loves her new bike and has already hit the trails. Thanks ER for building such great bikes and being so customer friendly.
From Andy the owner to Chad in the warehouse the team at Early Rider were great. They managed to source me a bike for my daughters birthday a month before they were expecting stock in. What amazing service! Thanks. The bike itself was a 14" seeker and what a bike it is. I'm jealous it doesn't come in adult dad size. Belt drive, fat tires, brushed aluminium frame, it's a looker.

Returned a mountain bike. Carefully packaged it up as it had arrived, bearing in mind the warning about returns on the site. The bike was protected as it arrived with any loose parts boxed as it arrived. We did not put the bike together, took one look at the derailer and put it back in the box. Upon receipt, the company stated that they were deducting £75 for damage and sent images of a scraped and badly damaged frame, which looked like it had been used. They insisted it wasn't packaged properly and sent images of the box with most of the packaging that I had used missing. Be careful before buying. It's a shame as I've always bought their bikes for my children. Not any longer.

Delivered to Denmark (fast). My daughter, now 8, was happy with each of them. It would be nice to have some recommendations for accessories (mudguards etc).

We bought a 2016 Early Rider Belter Trail 3S in 2017. Both my kids learned to "really" ride on it. Unfortunately at a bike park in 2020, we had an issue with that original frame. Early Rider took care of us and even during the Covid-kid-bike-shortage, got us a brand new updated Seeker frame (in the USA) within 2-weeks. Amazing bikes that they stand behind. I would highly recommend them for starting your kids out on mountain bikes.
