I live in Australia. It's almost impossible to get Early Rider bikes here so I've imported five for my son and his friends. They are so well designed and built that two of the Belter 16s have been handed down three times and are on their fourth owners (and the two Belter 20s are on their second owners). It's very rare that we need spares but when they've been needed Early Rider has been amazingly friendly, useful and prompt. I love these bikes. It's a shame they don't make them for grown-ups.

Extremely satisfied The bike I ordered was not available at the time I placed the order but I received it within the timeframe given. I emailed the customer service as I wanted to edit the delivery address, which was done swiftly. Received the bike sooner than expected, very well packed. Took me 5 minutes to put it together and my 3yo daughter already loves it. Very well thought through and designed bike. Would have loved to get one for my 12 yo as well!
Pre-ordered as COVID has seen stock of bikes fly off the shelves everywhere. Got in touch with ER as I was a bit worried with shipping times that it might not be here in time for my daughters birthday. Customer service was excellent and they said they’d try and get it out before her birthday and put the date on our order. As promised bike arrived with a couple of days to spare. Daughter loves it and you can’t find fault in the quality of the bike build. Outstanding customer service and product.

Great bike. We unpacked it, set our 3 year old on it and he just rode it. He started with a push bike at 1 1/2yrs old and switched straight to the Seeker 14”. Who needs training wheel?

The shipment was received as expected, every thing was right. The only aspect to remark is about the adhesives of the Bike. I expected one inscription Like “early rider” In the diagonal tube and it isn’t. It is not a relevant matter but just a point regarding expectations Vs reality. Thanks! Javier
