Since I could not buy the desired child's bicycle directly from a dealer in Germany (not in stock), I had asked the customer support about the equipment of two products. I was very surprised that I received a technically experienced and targeted answer and did not have to exchange several emails to get the answer. Unfortunately this is the case with some dealers. The order went smoothly and I would only recommend to anyone paying in foreign currency to include the cost of paypal. Because if you use paypal, the service fee is very high and not comprehensible in my opinion. But this has nothing to do with the merchant and should be seen as an friendly advise. Delivery was completely traceable and smooth. The bicycle arrived undamaged and complete. And now the reason for the 5 star rating. Because the quality of service is often very modest after the purchase, this was not the case here. A rivet had come loose in the saddle during a ride. When asked how the fault could be rectified, a replacement was immediately offered, as well as a price reduction for the circumstances. No long asking or arguing but immediately there for the customer! Top result, very friendly staff! Would order again and again! KR Tobias

i chose the big foot 12 for my granddaughter. i have done alot of research on balance bikes and this i felt had the best features and was a fair price. the service i recieved from early rider was second to none. i contacted early rider when i found there wasnt any available in the u.s till after christmas. Beccy from early rider contacted me and offered to send me one straight from england if i paid the freight. i got the bike in a few short days and could not be happier with the purchase. thank you thank you thank you

These bikes are not only stunning to look at, but insanely well built. We recently bought the Hellion 20 for our 5 year old and his biking abilities have rocketed since getting it. We're delighted beyond words with the bike and just disappointed we didn't discover Early Rider sooner.

We got a Seeker 16 recently. Beautiful bike, but geared far too high to actually ride on trails. Beccy was very helpful, but I had to convert to change the gear - needed a chain ring, chain, single speed sprocket and single speed spacer kit - cost almost £100. With the gear reduced from 2.09 to 1.5, it's a great bike.

Fantastic Bikes. Love this company. This purchase was to upgrade from A balance bike to a seeker16. And our little toddler has made a so far quick transition. Great communication from Early Rider and super fast delivery. Will be back when he’s out grown this one!

This our 3rd early rider, my son is working his way through the sizes after starting on the balance bike. He always asks for a bigger bike but the same as his current bike. They’re light and that really helps small riders.
