Awesome bikes. My daughter enjoyed the 16 I ch so we got her again early rider 20 inch trail. Great quality and really like the simple colour of the frame. My son will soon use the 16 inch because the bike is as good as new even after 3 years. Also very quick support, we got very quickly the replacement derailleur hanger after the originalwas bent in an accident.

Fantastic customer service and aftersales support. Seeker 20 frame looks similar to Trail 20 frame but is upgraded nicely to modernise it offering the usual longer, lower and slacker improvements. Slightly larger tubeset too without any noticeable weight gain. Great wee bike.

The gear connector on my daughter's Belter got detached and lost after an incident with some discarded fishing wire. This is not an easy part to replace, especially being currently based in the USA, so having been around the block with all US suppliers, I got in touch with Easy Rider HQ (what I should have done first). They shipped the part out from the UK within 3 days and we're now back on the road! Aside from the great quality and build of their bikes (we've had 4 of their models so far), their customer service is great, and I couldn't speak more highly of them. Many thanks!!
Customer service A⭐️⭐️, if only all company’s could treat customers like this. Beccy deserves a pay rise. I emailed late friday eve about a BB to restore a 16” Belter that we’ve had for a few years. I didn’t expect to hear back till Monday at the earliest but Beccy got back to me almost immediately with the info I needed and an invoice for the order. Absolute star. The next day(Sat) I emailed again asking about other bits and again was straight back to me. Thanks so much. 👍👍
