This is my second purchase from Early Rider. After 2 years riding the belter 16 it's time to step up to the seeker 20. My son has been tearing around BMX tracks, skate parks, country parks and urban areas on his belter. He is ready to progress onto a bigger bike with gears and bigger challenges and I can't think of a better bike than an early rider. We looked at A LOT of other premium bikes but nothing came close to the seeker 20. Disc brakes, easy shift gears, supremely lightweight, beautiful design and stand out brushed aluminium frame. The gearing is exceptional, from the massive first gear for steep inclines right up to the tiny cog 8th gear for the speed demon in all of us. The service from early rider was impeccable as usual. The bike arrived overnight perfectly packaged and simple to assemble, gears and brakes were pre tuned and ready to go, just needed to affix the front wheel, seat post and handlebars. Super impressed with early rider, the customer service is outstanding, but more importantly is the knock out bikes they put together, there are other premium bike manufacturers out there but none that have everything early rider put out. They really are in a league of their own.
I contacted Early Rider because the Early Rider Classic of our son was broken. They offered excellent service, even though the guarantee was not valid any longer, without charging anything. Thank you very much!

Just ordered my sons 3rd bike from Early Rider. He’s riding incredibly well for a 4 year old. I’m sure the 3rd will be as good as the rest. The build quality is fantastic and so is the customer service. 5 stars
I was eagerly awaiting EarlyRider to again start selling bikes direct after COVID-shutdown. 20th September I bought the Belter 16 Trail with "October delivery". I expected delivery in late October, but was pleasently surprised when the bike shipped 5/10 and I picked it up 9/10 at a DHL depot. On the first day we assembled the bike and my son (age 3,6 years) rode it without pedals with success. He has spent 1½ year riding a Banwood balance bike everywhere instead of a stroller. One week later (third ride), heightened the saddle, put the pedals back on. With some help balancing during launch, he afterwards managed to ride several hundred meters by himself. Two weeks later (fourth ride), he was able to launch the bike by himself and start pedaling without any help from me. Fifth time we went on a 1,5km ride with him on the sidewalk and me in the bike lane, checking for cars and other bikes at intersections. I can heartily recommend anyone who likes biking, and who wants their children to enjoy biking as well, to go ahead and purchase an EarlyRider bike direct from EarlyRider.
The saddle of our more five year old belter 16 broke while my son was riding. I reached out to Early Rider, and, despite the fact that the bike was not under warranty any more, a new saddle was shipped within 2 days. That's a great service, thank you very much Early Rider.
Despite being very busy and the possibility of two weeks delivery they managed to get the bike out to me within 7 days. Great service and great communications will definitely use again.

I cannot recommend this bike manufacturer highly enough ive bought two bikes for my son now and the last one had a component problem to which the manufacturer of the component ( not Early Rider ) would honour so Early Rider bent over backwards to get my sons very expensive Belther 20 back on the road great communication and very personal service and Beccy is a true dream to deal with Thankyou so much Ryan

Bought the Seeker 24 as a second Early Rider. Cannot rate it highly enough. The build quality is exceptional and my 9 yr old is flying on it. Delivery was just a few days and the bike was partly assembled in the box.
The delivery was fast. Bike partially pre-assembled, which helped a lot to assemble the final details. Customer service quick and accurate, both before and after our purchase. Very happy with the bike : light, well balanced, "aggressive" position. Our kid had just learnt to ride when she got it and she adopted it. She enjoyed more the aggressive position when she gained more confidence. As stated by some reviewers, that position is best enjoyed by confident riders; and then, it is massive joy.
